Terms & conditions

Booking

To book a drama party, weekly class, holiday workshop or bespoke drama, please book online or contact us and we will confirm the details with you.

  • Drama parties – a non-refundable deposit of 50% confirms the booking; the remaining 50% is due on the day of the party.
  • Holiday workshops – full payment is required at the time of booking; once payment has been made no refunds can be given.
  • Weekly classes – children may attend one complimentary trial class. A £20 deposit secures the place, and is fully refunded if your child does not continue after the first session. If your child continues, the remaining term fee (less the trial class and deposit) is due by the next session.
  • Younger siblings receive a 20% discount on fees.

If no place is available your child's name will be added to our waiting list. We keep our class numbers smaller than a lot of other drama schools, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. If a fee is not received by the last session of term and we cannot reach you, the place will be offered to a child on the waiting list.

Classes, collection and health

Classes are held in the safe and secure environment of a school. Please collect your child on time, and let us know in advance if someone else will be collecting them.

In a medical emergency we will always try to contact you first. If we cannot reach you and a doctor or hospital believes a delay may endanger your child's health or safety, we will provide consent to urgent treatment on your behalf.

Children are accepted on the assumption that they are in good health. Please tell us about any medical complaints, medical history or allergies when booking. Drinks and snacks are provided at most classes.

Refunds

  • For drama classes and holiday workshops, refunds are given if we can fill your child's place from our waiting list.
  • If your child cannot attend at the last minute due to illness or family issues, we may be able to offer a place on a later course – decided case by case at the discretion of the directors.
  • Parties cancelled 14 or more days before the party date will not be charged the remaining balance (the 50% deposit is retained).
  • For parties cancelled at late notice due to illness or other circumstances, we will consider rearranging for a future date at the discretion of the directors.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds once payment has been made for the term.

Liability

allsorts does not accept responsibility for losses or damages arising from errors or omissions on booking forms, whether completed by you or by another person in charge of your child. We do not accept liability for death or personal injury to any child attending allsorts, or for loss of or damage to personal property, except where caused by the negligence of our staff or our default.
